Seasonal Boxes
We offer a small mixed seasonal box (Harvest Box), a large mixed seasonal box (Family Box), a Juicing Box and a Flexi-Box.
We are unable to predict exactly what will be in the pre-packed mixed boxes
each week as the supply of fresh organic produce is volatile.
However, customers can expect that staple items such as carrots, potatoes, lettuce, oranges, apples and bananas are regularly included in the mixed seasonal boxes, and that every week they will receive a good mix of fruit and vegetables of the best available quality.
Customers have the opportunity to advise us of items they do not wish to receive in their pre-packed box, and we will make sure these items are replaced with something else.
In the event that a customer finds an unsatisfactory item, we will gladly credit him/her with the corresponding amount toward the next order.
Harvest Box ($40 or $50 plus delivery)
The Harvest Boxes are designed to cater for 1 to 3 people and contain a basic selection of fruits and vegetables focusing on apples, bananas, oranges, beans or broccoli, carrots, lettuce, tomatoes, pumpkin and potato. In the summer months the Harvest Box contains more fruit and fewer vegetables. In the colder months there will be more vegetables and less fruit, due to the seasonal supply.
Family Box ($60, $80 or $100 plus delivery)
The Family Box are designed to cater for a family of 4 or more and contain a selection of fruits and vegetables, e.g. apples, bananas, oranges, avocado, beans, broccoli, carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce, pumpkin, potato and zucchini. In the summer months the Family Box contains more fruit and fewer vegetables. In the colder months there will be more vegetables and less fruit, due to the seasonal supply.
Juice Box ($40 plus delivery)
The Juice Box is ideal for people who are too busy to do a lot of cooking but don't want to miss out on healthy juices. This box will contain items suitable for juicing - such as carrots, beetroot, celery, cucumber, apples and oranges. If you have anything in particular that you like to juice this can be added upon request. This may not all be available in the summer months due to seasonal supply.
Boxes
Most of our deliveries are made in polystyrene boxes. These boxes are important for keeping produce cool and remain the property of Access Organics at all times and must be returned to us. The way to do this is by putting your empty box out each week for us (or the courier) to collect when we deliver your new order. (If not re-ordering you will need to drop the box in to the Fastway Couriers depot at Unit 7, 186-192 McCoombe St Bungalow Cairns.) Any boxes not returned or returned damaged or unreasonably dirty will incur a $10 charge.
Flexi-Box Option
Due to the hectic pace of today's lifestyle, Access Organics has designed an automatic regular delivery system. As a bonus for requesting a Flexi-box on a regular basis, the cost of delivery is included (Cairns area) and the delivery price outside of the Cairns area is only $9 instead of $15. There is only one rule — you must receive the box weekly!

Q - What happens if I am going on holidays, etc?
A - We understand that occasionally you may not need your weekly box. Simply
contact Access Organics by the order deadline and we will cancel your weekly
box for the length of time you are not requiring it.
Q - What if I want a specific item in the weekly box this week?
A - Got a craving for mangoes! Contact Access Organics by the order deadline
and let us know what you would like included and we will always try to fill
your order as closely as possible. You must still spend at least the amount
of the weekly mixed box.
Q - What happens if I need extra this week?
A - The in-laws are coming and you need extra food! Contact Access Organics
by the order deadline and let us know how much extra you would like.
The Flexi-box is the easiest option for the busy person! Once you start to receive a weekly box from us you need only get in touch with us if you need to put your box on hold! Not only that, the cost of delivery is included (Cairns area) and the delivery price outside of Cairns area is only $9 instead of $15.
