How it Works

Place your order by 10.00am Sunday and we will email you the next day (Monday) to advise you of your delivery day. Customers south of Gordonvale to Innisfail (cut off is Mourliyan) must place their orders the Monday prior to the last Sunday of each month and will receive their orders on the last Sunday of each month.
Deliveries outside these areas will be sent by Australia Post. The postage cost for each large box is under $14.00 for most towns within Queensland. We will let you know the exact price once you have ordered.
A reminder email will be sent out each Friday morning

(Goods will not be delivered until payment is received and verified.)

The first time that you place an order you simply need to go to the ordering page and select all that you want and send it off to us.
You will then receive a confirmation email, that we have received your order. If you have any difficulties please don't hesitate to contact us.

We personally deliver from Palm Cove to Innisfail

Delivery is free for Cairns orders over $50. A $5.50 delivery fee will apply to all orders under $50 and also for deliveries south of Gordonvale and north of Smithfield.
Delivery days will depend on the area you live. Generally orders around the city and north of Cairns will be delivered on Tuesdays. Orders in the western suburbs will be Wednesdays and orders for southern suburbs will be Thursdays.
An email will be sent each Monday to advise you of your delivery day.
Delivery south of Gordonvale to Mourilyan is monthly occurring on the last Sunday of each month.
If you are not home at the time of delivery we will leave it at your front door, or alternatively you can let us know where you would like it left.
Please return your boxes to us — we will pick up last week’s box when we make the next delivery; just leave them at the front door. Although we do not promote the use of Styrofoam in our environment all our boxes have been, and will continue to be, recycled so if you have any spare ones (even spare cardboard boxes) they would be extremely appreciated.
